Shipping Information
This section governs the methods, costs and terms of shipping for purchases made through this e-commerce site (hereinafter, the ‘Site’).
1. Territorial scope
The Seller ships to:
-
Countries belonging to Europe;
-
Non-European countries (rest of the world).
Any territorial restrictions will be indicated during the purchase process.
2. Shipping costs
2.1 Shipments within Europe
For all orders with a destination in Europe, shipping is free, regardless of the total amount of the order.
2.2 Shipments to the rest of the world
For orders with destinations outside Europe:
-
shipping is free for orders with a total value of more than £600.00;
-
for orders with a total value of less than €600.00, the shipping cost is €50.00.
The total amount due, including any shipping costs, will in any case be indicated in the order summary before the final confirmation of purchase.
3. Order processing times
Unless otherwise indicated, orders are processed within 1–3 (one to three) working days of payment confirmation.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
4. Delivery times
The estimated delivery times, starting from the dispatch of the order, are approximately as follows:
-
Europe: 3–7 working days;
-
Rest of the world: 5–12 working days.
These times are to be considered purely indicative and not binding. Any delays due to causes not attributable to the Seller (for example: carrier delays, customs checks, force majeure) shall not entail any liability on the part of the Seller.
5. Customs duties, taxes and import charges
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or additional charges required by the regulations of the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for checking the import regulations in force in the country of destination before placing the order.
6. Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer.
If the Customer independently chooses a carrier other than the one proposed by the Seller, the risk is transferred upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
7. Shipping address and non-delivery
The Customer is required to provide complete and correct shipping information. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
Any storage, redelivery or return to sender costs will be borne by the Customer.
